Hilltop Community Church of Christ

Navigators reach out to new people at Hilltop. After people have been welcomed by our Guest Relations Ministry, Navigators step up to help new people on the Hilltop meet and connect with new friends and small groups. We do this through one to one and small groups of people meeting together. During a variety of activities, we get to know people and walk with new people as they plug in to Hilltop - We get together for coffee; invite people over for dinner; go out to dinner; go on walks; play sports; watch sports; watch movies and much more. . . Ultimately, Navigators befriend and help new Hilltoppers make new friends. The end goal is to help new Hilltoppers find and join a small group where they can have consistent close Christian community. This team is asked to be very aware of the new comers to Hilltop on Sunday. Navigators meet and greet people on Sunday and then invite people into Christian community during the week.

Anyone who has a heart for new people; anyone who is hospitable and likes to help people feel welcome; anyone who likes going out and hang out with people; anyone who can occasionally help the staff organize welcome events - is invited to be on the Navigation Team.
